CEF is very pleased to announced that the iStockPhoto.com 50k Download campaign was a huge success! In fact, it ended up smashing the 50,000 download target with 66,222 downloads! This is a great achievement and a clear example of how the global non-profit community can rise together to support a cause! On behalf of Compassionate Eye Foundation, I wanted to thank our board and communications team for helping get the word out and pushing this campaign forward. I also want to thank all of our online (and offline) friends who helped tweet, re-tweet, like and share our story. Your help is both truly and greatly appreciated by the CEF communications team. As a result of reaching the 50K target, CEF will now receive $2000 from iStockphoto.com. 100% of that money will go towards supporting a future health and education project we will share sometime in the new year. Finally, on behalf of the CEF community, we want to send a big 'Thank You' to iStockphoto.com for allowing us to participate in the contest. Your generosity will go far in supporting our mission.
